[1]- First of all open a new document size=440x440 pixel

resolution, RGBcolor mode
[2]- Fill with any nice color to the Background layer
Create
a Circle with Rectangular marquee tool
[3]- Create a new Layer1 from
the Layer window. As shown below
[4]- Now go to Select>Modify>Border Selection
use setting
below
[5]- Fill the Black color
with Alt+Backspace
[6]- Right click and select 'Stroke' width=1pixel
white color
now press Ctrl+D
[7]- Set the blending mode to Difference
[8]- Now your image should look like this
[9]- Press the Ctrl+J and set the image
As shown below after
that press the Ctrl+E to merge all layers.
[10]- Type any words or Company name help by the Text tool .
[11]- Now go to Layer>Type>Warp text
and use the following
settings
[12] Right click on this text layer
and select the Rasterize
Layer

select the Drop Shadow
from the Layer style
and use the following settings
[15]-Now select the Layer1 and
double click on this layer and
select
the Drop Shadow, use the setting below
