Add a stripped background to your work. It looks like a pijama, in my opinion, but you may find other uses.

1. Create a new document and fill it with the color you want.

2. Go to Filter -> Noise -> Add Noise and set the value around 30%.

3. Now go to Filter -> Blur -> Motion Blur and set the highest value (999). If you work with a large file, the middle will look fuzzy so add one more time the Motion Blur.
