1) Open a new Photoshop file. Write the script which you will. I wrote the script underside and made gradient the background color.  2) Open Layer Style window and then apply Stroke. The necessary changes are given underside.
Stroke Fill Type should be Gradient. Gradient colors are given underside.  3) Now apply Outer Glow  4) Its final situation is like underside. If you focus on you will recognise that the script has two external lines. You can form more external lines by increasing more to Gradient colors...
