In this really simple Flash 8 tutorial, I will show you how to create Balloon flight using the Motion Guide. You will also learn how to use Pencil Tool to create a "ballon trajectory" and more. To create this tutorial, you don't have to use Action Script.
Example:
Step 1
Open a new Flash document. Select Modify > Document (shortcut key: Ctrl+J). for Frame rate set 16 fps and press ok
Step 2
Create a "balloon", select it, Hit F8 (or select Modify > Convert to Symbol) to convert that "balloon" into a Graphic symbol. See the picture below.
Step 3
Select layer1 and click on the Add Motion Guied icon. Look at the picture below!
Step 4
Select Guide:layer1, take the Pencil Tool (Y), set Smooth option, and create a "trajectory" of "balloon". See the pictures below.
Step 5
Click on the first frame of layer1, and do like it is shown on the picture below!
Step 6
Click on frame 130 of Guide ayer and press F5 key. After that Click on frame 130 of layer1 and press F6 key. Then, do like it is shown on the picture below!
Step 7
Select layer1, open the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) and for Tween choose Motion. See the picture below.
