Apply a spectacular animated stroke shine to your text.
1. Open a new document or an image you want to use as background.
2. Write your text then left click on the text layer to select it, then go to Select>>Modify>>Expand, enter 2 pixels and hit OK. Create a new layer, and fill the text selection with black. Then make sure the original text layer is above the new created layer. If you got it right, it should look like this:
3. Create a new layer, use the Gradient Tool and make a gradient bar like this:
