Matrix

Learn how to create Matrix effect in Photoshop.

Step 1

Start with a new file and choose white as background.

Step 2

Goto Filter - Texture - Grain and apply the settings that are shown on picture below.



Step 3

Next apply the effect Artistic - Neon glow. Use the settings that are shown on a picture below.



Step 4

Now use the effect Stylize - Glowing Edges. Use the settings that are shown on picture below.
