 Creating a quick thunderbolt.1. Make your canvas w/e size.
2. Filter>>Render>>Clouds 3. Filter>>Render>>Difference Clouds 4. Ctrl+I to invert it. 5. Ctrl+L and set middle box to .1 As you can see my result below...

Its not rocket science, its photoshop. And if you post a tut, its best to have pictures of each step.
