Make a liquified woman in Photoshop
Once again I made something weird in Photoshop, this time I think the result actually came out quite cool, so I made a tutorial about it.
See how to liquefy a woman with adobe Photoshop.

First we will need to load in the image of our woman, then use your favorite selection tool or pen tool to cut out the background so we only have the woman as shown below.

We will make the image black and white, select the layer containing the woman, go to image -> adjustments -> desaturate
Now we will need to make some dark areas more dark and light areas lighter to better see details, we will do that the easy way by changing some levels.
So go to image -> adjustments -> levels and drag the handles a bit closer to the middle as I did.

Now we will apply the liquid effect. So go to filters -> filter gallery and locate the filter called plastic wrap and give it settings as shown below.

Just to give a better color feeling, make a new layer under the layer we have been working on and apply a soft blue gradient as the background, as I did.

Now we will change the colors of the woman to make it water blue.
So select the layer with the woman, go to image -> adjustments -> color balance and drag some of the handles, focus on the blue ones for both the shadow, highlights and midtones try to match my result as close as possible.
