Here I will teach you about Photoshop-Rubber-Stamp-Effect

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 400×500 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Text Tool & create the following Text

[3]-Now go to Layer>Rasterize>Type & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[4]-Now go to Edit>Stroke & use the following settings

[5]-Now your image should look as shown below

[6]-Now go to Filter>Brush Stroke>Spatter & use the following settings

[7]-Now your image should look as shown below

[8]-Now go to Select>Color Range & use the following settings

[10]-Now press Delete & your image should look as shown below

[11]-NOw press Ctrl+T & then create the following Transformation with the help of hold Ctrl

[12]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help Polygonal lasso Tool

[13]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options & select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[14]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & then Press DELETE

[16]-Now create other selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee & then press Delete.
