    Thank you for sharing this tutorial. I adapted it to use at www.slingerwrestling.com. I had a little trouble getting the text box to look more like a metal plate and couldn't get the text reflection to work, but I am a beginner in Photoshop, so I guess that is to be expected. I think the results turned out good enough. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
